Due to continued delays with the building envelope project, public access to our building will continue to be temporarily rerouted to an entrance off of 147th Street for one more week, with a new estimated main entrance opening date of Saturday, October 30. We regret the continued inconvenience this poses to our patrons and request your patience with us, as we have been impacted by events outside our control.

Please remember that while our parking lot is available, some may find it more convenient to park on Kenton Avenue, as space permits. In addition, curbside pickup of library materials is available for anyone for whom the walk to the temporary entrance presents a barrier or inconvenience.

On a brighter note, mark your calendar for our Grand Reopening and 90th Anniversary Celebration, Saturday, November 20 at 10:00 AM. Held indoors with masks and social distancing, the celebration will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony, light refreshments "to go," and library tours. Please bring an item to help restock our Micro Pantry!

We appreciate your continued patience and flexibility with our ongoing construction and look forward sharing our newly refurbished building with you!
