We welcome community organizations to use our meeting rooms. In order of priority, we reserve the room for:

1. Midlothian Public Library and other library related groups.

2. Official agencies and boards of the Village of Midlothian. 

3. Educational, cultural, or civic groups sponsored by Midlothian residents.

4. Non-profit organizations.

5. Non-commercial meetings such as local businesses holding training, tutoring groups, and local homeowner's associations. 

Please call us at 708-535-2027. You'll be notified of approval within three days. You'll need to show current photo ID matching the name on the reservation when you check in. Use of the large meeting room has a fee of $25 for the first 2 hours, and $10 per hour for every additional hour in use. Library-sponsored groups, other taxing bodies, and anyone using the small study room are free of charge.
